31.12.2003 - Admit since 29.12nd daily 1 ml Wodka ever 100 litres water.
- Skimer activity increases
- From today on I proportion 2 ml Wodka per 100 of litres water in addition.
- Visible changes are not to be recognized. Korallen, Gorgonien and Scheibenanemonen are normally opened all. All fish show a normal behavior.
04.01.2004 one week is rum - Today new water equivalents

06.01.2004 - today ml Wodka of 100 litres water were supplied to each of 3 (total 12 ml)
- the dose on 6 divided ml early and 6 ml evening.
08.01.2004 - Strengthened one grey film on the windshield (no normal growth of algae) determined. That was to be expected according to the report stated above.
- Tomorrow again one measures.
- Fish, Steinkorallen, Weichkorallen and Anemonen show up in the good condition.
- Gorgonien pulls for approximately a half hour after that proportions the Wodkas the polyps. After one hour of everything again far openly. That can be because of it it directly under the return of the filter stands, into which I fill the Wodka.

 the color in the measuring beaker is as yellow as on the sample card! Correctly it should read surely: NO3 - not provable.
- Now I must determine the correct daily dose.
17.01.2004 - The present dose is now with me 3 ml Wodka for each day.

- I would like to again point out here that I do not accomplish water changes. It must now show up, how the durable use of Wodka works directly into the aquarium.
For the purchase note there was the following default: - no additives in the Wodka
- 40 vol%
- cheaply
"Gusarskaja Vodka" blue label ' product OF Germany ' was used.
I always gave my dosage to the filter chamber of the schnellfilters. Man should the total dose before with aquarium water dilute and in several thrusts (15 min or longer) bring in. With a basin with 1000 litres and 3 ml dose 100 of litres each are nevertheless that 30 ml Wodka. (my basin approx. 400 litres, the relationship have change however thereby not). If this quantity alcohol cannot be diminished by the bacteria, is to be counted on problems. We intervene substantial in a balanced system. This balance must again and again again adjust itself if we alcohol to supply.
Important is probably also the slow increase of the dose, so that the bacteria colonies can develop.

If mentioned grey film (bacteria) becomes apparent, on disk is one obviously at the goal. With me after 2 weeks, others after 3-4 weeks.
The measurement to 04.01.04 was therefore a reference to the success of the action.
